Why Choose Our Commercial Kitchen?

We are in the process of opening our commercial kitchen in Florida by March 2022.  In addition, we will be subleasing to 20 food vendors to use our commercial kitchen space with full staff support such as (Dishwashers, Cleanup and Food Prep Assistance). 6am - 6pm

 

MONTHLY RENTAL REQUIREMENT 

There Will be a vendor's fee of $1,000 per month to rental the commercial kitchen between 6am to 11pm to add the shared staffing package it's an additional $800 per month. 

 

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT 

There is a $2,500 deposit required before you can start.

You must provide proof of your business.

  • License

  • Insurance

  • Health Department will be required.

Once we are successful, we will be opening a second location in Virginia.
